Why Home Health Care?
For people in search of personal care or companionship for a loved one, home care is the best way for many patients to preserve their independence and remain in the comfort of their own homes. Whether you are an older adult who suffers from a chronic condition or even just transitioning home from a hospital visit, home care can be a viable and affordable option for you or your loved ones
Virtually every personal care or aide service that a hospital, assisted living facility or nursing home may offer can now be provided in the comfort and privacy of your home. Because of this, more and more people are looking to spend their resources for care at home versus moving into a facility.

Aging in Place: 87 percent of adults age 65+ want to stay in their current home and community as they age.
With home care your loved one can be guaranteed one-on-one attention versus the high patient-to-aide ratio offered at nursing homes, assisted living facilities or hospitals. If a family member cannot be left alone, Golden Care has around-the-clock Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to make sure they are safe and well cared for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What to Expect?
We will take time to listen to your concerns. Once we have a better
understanding of your needs, we'll share care options, provide further
details, and schedule a home visit to conduct a needs evaluation.
Calling Golden Care
Our highly-trained staff are ready to talk with you about your needs and answer your questions. Once we understand your situation, we’ll provide you with elder care options for your loved one, describe our services in detail, and schedule an in-home visit to conduct a thorough needs evaluation. Give us a call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Home Visit
We give families the opportunity to get to know us better during the in-home visit. One of our staff members will evaluate your loved one's needs, as well as those of your family. We will set goals for care, perform fall prevention and home safety checks, and discuss costs and funding options. We will perform a complete assessment of your loved one’s physical, mental and social needs. The assessment is used to develop a personalized care plan that will be followed by the caregiver at every visit.
Matching Caregiver to Care Recipient
We want your home care experience to be successful. A key to that success is a warm and trusting relationship between your loved one and their caregiver. We consider everything we’ve learned about your loved one to assign someone who best matches your loved one’s personality and needs.
Follow-up, Quality Checks and Reevaluations
To ensure that your loved one is receiving the highest quality of care, we touch base with you or your loved one at the end of the first shift, the first week, the second week, the first month and every month thereafter. We also perform in-home supervisory visits of our caregivers and reassessments of your loved one to ensure their needs are being met and to make adjustments to the care plan as needed.
Exceptional care
We’re available 24/7/365 and employ a large staff of caregivers to uninterrupted service. We provide ongoing training and education for our caregivers so they are knowledgeable in all areas of home care.
